Who we are

C&A Digitals is a two-person web studio run by Adam Kříž and Christian Robert Nielsen. We are the controllers of the personal data described here.

The short version

• We only collect what you send us through the contact form, and we use it only to reply to you.
• This website does not use cookies, ads or tracking.
• We never sell your data.

What we collect and why

Contact form. When you send the form, we receive your name, your email, your business name and message if you add them, and the services you picked. We use this to answer your enquiry and, if you want, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider processes your IP address and basic browser information to deliver the pages and to keep the site safe. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from spam bots. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Visit statistics. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits in aggregate without cookies and without identifying you.

Who helps us

We use a few service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting, spam protection (Turnstile) and visit statistics.
• Resend, Inc.: delivers the form message to our inbox.
• Google LLC: our email inbox (Gmail).

These companies are based in the United States. Where the GDPR applies, transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep form messages and our email conversation for as long as we're talking or working together, and then for up to 2 years, unless the law requires us to keep them longer (for example, invoices). Technical logs at our hosting provider are kept only for a short time.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data, to limit how we use it, to object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. Just email [email protected].

If you are in the EU, you can also complain to a data protection authority. Ours is the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).

If you are in California or another US state with a privacy law, you have similar rights to know, correct and delete your information. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising.

Children

This website is meant for businesses and is not directed at children under 16.

Changes

If we change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
